At Noughts and Kisses, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your parcel off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
